Shipping & Returns Policy

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $9.99 for all states. If your order is more than $40, you are liable for free shipping. Shipping prices may vary due to promotional events.

When will I receive my shipping confirmation details?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the U.S. We might in the future so keep an eye out open!

Damages & Loss

Conscious Snack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If it is lost, we are unable to provide a refund or send a replacement for it. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Due to safety reasons, food items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason other than a defective/expired product. If this is the case, we will be happy to replace the item for a store credit equal in value to the purchase price.
